My typical working process:

• preparing a detailed plan for future work in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Team;
• discovery phase;
• estimation of design work;
• researching market best practices;
• user experience design phase (exploring different solutions and approaches using low-fidelity prototypes);
• continuous testing of early concepts;
• improving based on user feedback;
• building high-fidelity prototypes and deliverables;
• creating UI kits and detailed documentation;
• organizing development team handoff sessions;
• holding a retrospective meeting with stakeholders to analyze the results, what was good, what we can improve in the future;
• reflect on the success of the project and the goals or metrics that were met and achieved.
